Pure for Men is made from four special ingredients: Chia, Flaxseed, Psyllium Husk, and Aloe Vera.
Chia (Salvia hispanica) is a species of flowering plant in the mint family and native to South America. Despite their tiny size, chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet, loaded with protein, antioxidents, Omega-3 fatty acids and fiber.
Flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) is a food and fiber crop that is grown in cooler regions of the world. Flaxseed carries many healthy components but its primary healthy benefits include Omega-3 essential fatty acids, lingans and you guessed it... fiber!
Psyllium husks are harvested from the Plantago ovata plantain in Northern India. Plantago ovata is a modest little plant that has been used for hundreds of years in traditional Indian cleansing practices to support a healthy digestive system. The plantain's outer seed coating contains a long chain carbohydrates that become gelatinous when they absorb water.
Aloe Vera is a versatile succulent originating from the Arabian peninsula but now grown all around the world. The gel in its leaves is used for everything from incense to cosmetics sunburn relief. As a digestive aid, aloe vera reduces inflammation in the gut and soothes the elimination process.
How much fiber is in each capsule of Pure for Men?
Each capsule contains 750mg of 100% pure, natural dietary fiber (psyllium husk, chia and flaxseed).
Is Pure for Men vegan-friendly?
Absolutely. Pure for Men is a 100% non-animal product with no artificial chemicals or pesticides.
Many common alternative fiber supplements use gelatin to produce their capsules. Gelatin is an animal by product formed from collagen obtained from connective tissues and organs of animals.
Pure for Men uses vegetarian capsules made from cellulose which carries zero potential health risks, even when consumed in a long term scenario as they are 100% natural and nontoxic. Vegetarian capsules are often deemed suitable to be classified as both Kosher and Halal.
What's the "magic" in Pure for Men?
While the results may feel magical, the process behind Pure for Men is basic science.
First, you take 2 to 3 capsules of Pure for Men, twice a day with water. Once fully hydrated, the Chia, Flaxseed, Psyllium and Aloe inside of each capsule swell to form a soft-but-solid mass. The expanded fiber begins to pass safely through your digestive tract, binding to food particles and any waste left along the way. The process is a lot like a soft sponge cleaning up behind your meals, providing an excellent medium to help maintain the flow of elimination.
How long does it take until I'm ready for action?
No two people have the exact same digestive system but the majority of customers report being "good to go" within a day or so after they start using Pure for Men. Many regularly take 2-3 capsules with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.
How do I know when I'm "Pure?"
You should notice a big difference in the "fullness" of your bowel movements. Movements that lack fiber are typically scattered and messy, whereas once you have Pure for Men clearing out your system, everything should be nicely packed together in a very clean fashion.
Some customers report not needing to wipe after using the restroom or that they see little-to-no debris on toilet paper when they do.
Is Pure for Men a replacement for enemas or douching?
While many of our customers report little to no need for enemas after taking Pure for Men, an extra rinse before game time is never a bad idea. Enema use alone only targets the lower portions of your digestive tract, leaving the risk of residual debris further up your system finding its way out when stimulated by sexual activity.
Pure for Men provides real peace of mind that your entire runway is clear for takeoff - no surprises or crash landings!
Should I still clean down there before playtime?
Yes. Pure for Men makes sure that when you go, you "go all the way" but the waste still has to pass through your playground. You'll want to keep things fresh and clean down there. A little soap and water should do the trick.
Can I take more than the recommended amount of Pure?
Sure. Fiber is an essential part of a healthy diet. Although most customers achieve desired results with the recommended 2-3 capsules, twice a day, taking more (e.g. 2-4 capsules, three times a day) will further enhance your dietary consumption of fiber.
Be sure to get plenty of water to help with absorption and as always, consult your physician ahead of time for any custom recommendations.
The fiber inside of Pure for Men has been known to be very useful as a weight loss tool. Chia, flaxseed and Psyllium Husk are highly effective when taken about 30 minutes before meals. This way, the fiber will have time to expand in your stomach and give you a "full" feeling. This will help you eat smaller meals and thus lose unwanted pounds. Fiber also slows the absorption of sugars and promotes healthy glucose levels.
2. Heart Health
Research has shown that soluble fiber can help lower cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is merely one way a bad diet can affect your heart. Numerous studies have shown that both soluble and insoluble fibers can help lower the risk of heart disease. Psyllium alone has been shown to help the heart by lowering blood pressure, improving lipid levels, and strengthening heart muscle.
3. Hangover Preventative
The absorptive qualities of Pure for Men's soluble fiber work well with alcohol in the stomach, as well. This "soaks up" excess alcohol and helps to prevent nasty morning hangovers. Talk about an added benefit!
Is weight a factor in serving size? I am small and worried about taking too much.
2 or 3 capsules should be fine but it really depends on what works best for you. Our suggestion is to start with 2 capsules, twice a day followed by a quick "check" on the following evening. Give it a 24 hours. If you find that your bowel movements are full, yet semi-soft and that there is not much (if any) debris left behind, then you've found the perfect balance!
Of course there may be days or nights when you've had a particularly bad diet (e.g. chili dogs, beer, etc.) and so you might want to take an extra capsule or two to help soak up and bind the excess particles in your system.
IMPORTANT: No matter how much fiber you take, be sure to drink plenty of water to help with absorption. This is key!
Should I take this before, with or after meals?
It's completely up to you when to take Pure for Men. Some customers prefer before during or after meals (e.g. 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner) however either approach should deliver the same results and have little to no impact on your overall experience.
Can I take Pure for Men with other supplements or medications like Truvada?
We normally suggest that if taking Pure for Men while on another medication, just wait an hour or two in between servings of each.
Regarding other dietary supplements, there shouldn't be any problem however it might be best to consult with your personal physician for their professional recommendations on how to best use our product with other supplements/medicines and what results you should expect.
Is Pure for Men safe for daily use?
Absolutely. Chia, Flaxseed, Psyllium husk and Aloe have all been used as digestive aids for hundreds of years. The high-grade ingredients in Pure for Men are 100% natural and healthy sources of dietary fiber. The manufacturing process is of the highest quality and FDA approved since 1977.
In fact, fiber is crucial to the maintenance of good health. Waste that cannot be eliminated through urine is excreted into the bowel. If food mass, such as fiber, is not present in the intestines, then the toxins can be reabsorbed back into the body. The American Heart Association recommends you get at least 25 grams of fiber each day.
We recommend you use the supplement daily, as do many of our customers. This is where the phrase #stayready comes from ?.
If you prefer to ration out each serving, we suggest beginning consistent use for 24-48 prior to you estimated play time.
After you begin using the supplement, you’ll have a good idea of how your body responds to the added fiber intake and how long it takes to go into effect following a period of non-use.
IMPORTANT: As with any dietary supplement, it is recommended that you consult your physician if you are taking medications or if you are pregnant.
How many carbs does one serving of Pure For Men contain?
Carbohydrates in the form of dietary fiber are not absorbed or digested by the body and therefore do not cause blood sugar to rise. Therefore the fiber in each capsule of Pure for Men is effectively carb-free.
The only component of the supplement that would be considered “digestible” calories would be the rice flour. There are only 12mg or 0.05 calories of rice flour per capsule so I cannot imagine this having any effect on ketosis. I know that the ketogenic diets are very restrictive and some require less than 40 grams of carbohydrates per day. There are 1000 mg per gram so 12mg is virtually nothing.
What are the side-effects?
There are no reported side effects of natural fiber. However, if you take too much at one time (or don't drink enough water), you may experience bloating, gas, or diarrhea.
If you experience any additional symptoms, call your doctor immediately!
Is the shipping material and packaging discreet?
Absolutely. To prevent theft (and nosey neighbors), our product ships in discreet, generic packaging directly to your residence.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, however, we do not ship to countries on the OFAC Sanctions Programs and Country List available here.
Be advised: International shipping does cost a bit more and depending on your chosen shipping method, may not come with tracking once your package leaves the US.
Be further advised: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It's illegal to falsify customs declarations.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Can women use Pure for Men?
Many of our most loyal customers are actually straight men and women who swear by Pure.
As an update, Pure for Her is now available for Purchase!
What is the difference between Pure for Her and Pure for Men?
To be clear, there are not many differences between the two products so you’ll still get the same great results regardless of which product you use or whether you are a man or a woman.
Here is what makes Pure for Her different:
1. Smaller capsules (see image below)
a. Pure for Her has smaller capsules that many of our Pure for Her trial users found much easier to swallow
b. To make up for the lost fiber blend in each capsule, additional capsules are added to each bottle and the recommended servings size (capsule count) is a bit higher as a result
2. Aloe Vera included in Pure for Her
a. Aloe Vera is a member of the succulent plant family. The plant has long been a folk remedy for everything from soothing and healing burns to a makeup remover but in this case its used as a natural digestive aid.
It really depends on what matters most to you. In terms of end effect, you wouldn’t “feel” the difference between one over the other, honestly.
If you prefer taking less-but-larger capsules per day, go with Pure for Men.
If you prefer smaller-but-more capsules each day, Pure for Her is the best choice.
Are there any known complications with PFM for HIV positive individuals?
